1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 92jl platform at 92jl.vu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and anyone placing bets or playing games on 92jl.

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits and Payments

Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank. 92jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which requires submission of valid government-issued identification.

• Withdrawals are sent only to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not processed under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply per transaction and per day.
• Processing times depend on the payment method and may range from same-day to a few business days.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending verification of account activity, particularly if unusual patterns are detected.

92jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unmet wagering requirements associated with bonuses, or incomplete KYC records.

Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for receiving funds are your responsibility. 92jl will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any platform-side processing fees before a withdrawal is confirmed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 92jl — whether on sports events, slots, fish games, live casino, or other game types — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. After a bet is submitted and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• Sports bet outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the PBA for Philippine basketball, or FIFA for international football. In cases of dispute, the platform's recorded result is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 92jl. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Allowing minors (anyone under 21 years of age) to access or use your account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward platform staff or other users

92jl monitors account activity for patterns that may indicate prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is underway, the platform may temporarily suspend withdrawal access or freeze account balances pending resolution.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Termination
